Yes! We're sorry about this frustration. A few of our labels are made from a material that does not come off easily. If this is the case for your jar (you'll know it if it happens to you) then don't worry about removing the label, we'll take care of it!

Unfortunately the cost and carbon emissions associated with shipping back jars does not make it a viable option. If you can't make it to one of our locations to return the jar keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming post on ideas for reusing jars in your home!

Unfortunately at this time we don't have a way to remove the residue on the rims of these jars that is left behind by the protective liner. We are looking into more eco-friendly liner options so that you can bring these guys back as well!

Unfortunately, in order to reuse used glass packaging for skincare products we are required to heavily sanitize them. We don't have this capability at our factory just yet but we are working on it! If you're interested in zero waste lotion options, you can bring your own packaging to our Remington Shop and fill it up using our Bulk Lotion Stations!

Unfortunately the lids that we use will probably not fit these jars so we cannot accept them right now. We're sorry!

Right now these credits can only be redeemed at our physical locations, but we will have an online option available shortly!
