Returns
Sometimes things don't work out, and that is totally okay! We hope you love your product as much as we loved making it but if not you can feel free to return it for a full refund within 7 days at no additional cost to you.
Please note that we only accept un-used products for return. If your order was placed online we'll pay for shipping but if it was purchased in person then you will need to take it to one of our physical locations for a refund.
To start a return for an online purchase, you can log in to your customer account here and look up the order you wish to initiate a return for. Unfortunately, if you do not have a customer account then you will have to contact us at hello@mountroyalsoaps.com in order to get the return started, but don't worry! We will respond to you within 1 business day.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In Store Pickup Policy
We ask that you pick up your orders within 30 days of placing them. If they are not picked up within this time frame they will be restocked and entered back into inventory. If you need additional time for pick up (life happens) just communicate with us and we can make accommodations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We'll get to work to make it right immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot issue returns for gift cards at this time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
